Polka Dot Ideas Needed!

I have finally decided what I want to do with my classroom next year.. POLKA DOTS! I love polka dots and I think it will make an excellent classroom theme. However, I am in need of ideas. I have found the following three pictures from web searches, but other than that I am at a loss. I like the ladybug idea, but I don't know if I can have a black, white, red classroom all year long (I don't have windows in my room) or if I should use brightly colored polkas.... ideas are greatly appreciated even if you are not a teacher!

I'm not a teacher, but I think this is a really cute idea. I really like the example pictures that you used on here. I think the red with black and white would look really nice.

I'm not a teacher but I love the polka dot idea!! Could you do butterflies or or maybe a gum ball machine to tie the idea together instead of the lady bug? I love the lady bug too though!!! Let us all know what you decide. :) XOXO

I love the polka dot idea! I'm a student teacher right now (fingers crossed for a job in fall!) and love the red, black and white. If you don't have windows, maybe adding a gum ball machine would add a little more color too.
