Weekend!

This past weekend was so much fun! Matt and I had our normal weekly date night and we went to Nick and Jimmy's for dinner

and then to see Iron Man 2!

It was actually pretty good, and pretty funny at some parts! Then on Saturday, after much a much needed house cleaning, I went to see The Backup Plan

(cute, predictable, funny) with my good friend Jennie and then on to eat at Nob Hill Bar and Grill for Heather's birthday!!

After a very long dinner due to our very strange dinner, and Heather for paying for all three of us (even though we were celebrating her birthday) we went to Cold Stone and taught heather what a "like it" was! Since Jennie is prego, my Saturday night ended early and I came home to find my husband in "safety gear" making my mom a wagon wheel. Yes, a wagon wheel. Apparently she told Matt that she really wanted one so Matt made her one, and it is pretty amazing if I do say so myself. Then after much convincing and reminding him that our neighbors have children and he shouldn't be making this much noise this late at night, we watching Couples Retreat...also funny!

On Sunday, instead of going to church, we spent the entire morning figuring out how to get our Droids working again after Verizon's update changed things all around and then it was off to family dinner... we ate ribs! Sunday evening I started working on the slide show that I make for my class, and I only got teary eyed twice... I love summertime, but I really do not like saying goodbye to my class.
