Boo to you week 13, I am glad you are over. Weeks 1-12, no morning sickness. Week 13, morning and night sickness. I also HATE brushing my teeth...well actually, Baby G hates when I brush my teeth. Here is hoping that week 14 is much better than week 13! Here are some other things that happened during week 13...
*I sent an email out to all of the parents of my students informing them that I was pregnant. I also told them that I would be telling their students the next day and if they wanted to give them a heads up that was okay with me! On Wednesday, the day after the email to the parents, I expected students to come asking me all sorts of questions. However, none of my students said a word about me being pregnant. I caught a few students looking at my belly, but that was it! Second graders do not keep secrets and they ask a ton of questions so I figured that maybe none of the parents told any of their kiddos about the email. But I was wrong!! With ten minutes left in the school day a little boy raises his hand and in a very stern voice says "Mrs. Grindstaff, when are you going to tell me about your baby...I have been waiting all day". At this point I start laughing and found out that actually 13 students knew that I was pregnant but didn't say a word all day. My class was VERY excited and asked a lot of questions like "is it a boy or a girl", "what does it look like", "where is your belly". I told my students they are allowed to tell whomever they want, but they cannot make fun of me when I get fat..... this caused my students to laugh hysterically until the bell rang.
*Other students keep coming up to me and saying their are rumors going around about me that I am pregnant!
*I went from being called 'Coach G' by my drill team girls to 'Mama G'.
*I have to drink a ginger ale every morning or I just don't feel good.
*Saltines are amazing!
*Einsteins and Taco Bell are what I think about all day long. So healthy!
Below are week 14 belly pics!

We took Cooper and Maya to get haircuts! Maya looks like she has piggy tails!!
And...it was the first football game of the season! The girls were going to perform but since it rained during our entire tailgate and most of the first quarter we decided to save our performance until September!
